We now have 6 emergency medicine specialists in Mozambique! Now we need to support these residents as they take emergency medicine from the classroom to the people of Mozambique. COVID-19 has changed the face of our teaching model and we have needed to hire a full time mentor and faculty advisor for the junior residents due the challenges of international travel. We also need basic emergency medicine equipment to stock the new resuscitation room.
